St. Augustine Grass

Like Bermuda Grass, this warm climate variety is widely used on greens and around tees. St. Augustine Grass is also known as Charleston grass. It is native to the West Indies and therefore likes the humidity and climate characteristic of some parts of North Carolina.

Zoysia

Zoysia is a Golf Course Grass Type that is known for its blanketing affect. Used for tees, greens and fairways, this Golf Course Grass adapts well to warm and cool climates making it perfect for the Golf Courses in North Carolina.
