This beautiful condominium with amazing mountain views was built in 2004 and is located on the third floor overlooking the 8th green of the beautiful Maggie Valley Club golf course in the magnificent Smoky Mountains. The unit which is accessible by elevator or stairs, has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook, living room, formal dining room,large porch ,washer,dryer, private garage and is handicap accessible.Enjoy warm evenings on the porch or spend cool evenings next to the beautiful stone framed gas log fireplace. You can enjoy wonderful mountain views from all windows and doors of the condo. This unit is tastefully painted with rich warm colors and decorated with unique modern art work. The master bathroom has a large garden tub for relaxing and a separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with a full bath.

Conveniently located in the quaint and picturesque town of Maggie Valley, the "Golfing in the Smokies" condominium offers all the resort amenities including pool, outdoor jacuzzi, tennis courts and fitness center for an additional nominal fee of $10.00 per day or $50.00 per week for the entire family. Passes can be obtained at the front desk.Guest can also play golf on the semi private golf course which culminates in an 800 foot elevation with spectacular views or grab a drink and delicious meal at the Pin High Lounge with its amazing views.There are several barbecue pits with picnic tables on the Maggie Valley Club and Resort property for use by all guest. The resort property has a babbling creek running through it, a beautiful hiking trail and a full service spa.

Maggie Valley, located at the beginning of the Blue Ridge Parkway, is known for it's friendly small town character and southern hospitality. Some of Maggie Valley's attractions include the Cataloochee Ski Area,Ghost Town in the Sky Wild West Theme Park and the Cataloochee Valley in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park where you can take a hike along an amazing stream or view Elk. Maggie Valley is only a 15 mile drive from the Harris Casino and Santa Land Theme Park and Zoo in Cherokee, NC. The entire valley is surrounded by breath taking views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

The next door town of Waynesville is only a five minute drive and has a quaint downtown area with great shops, restaurants and festivals. A drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway is a must for its views, waterfalls and hiking options. The eclectic town of Ashvielle, where the Biltmore House is located, is only a 20 minute drive and has many cultural, dining and shopping options.

 In addition to the ammenities at the resort, there are many option of fun to indulge in including a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway with all its scenic overlooks and hiking options, sking, snow boarding and tubing, close by amusement parks, river tubing and rafting, Harrah's Casino and plenty of moutain festivals year round.
